These terms govern your use of Interfold’s dashboard, API, CLI, agents, hosting, storage, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms. “Interfold,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Services. If you use Interfold for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and API keys, and notify us at support@interfold.dev if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, team members, integrations, and agents.
2. Your content and your customers
You retain ownership of the content, code, files, messages, and other materials you submit. You grant Interfold permission to host, store, copy, transmit, and process those materials as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the Services and carry out your instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the materials you submit. You control what you publish and who can access it. Public sites and content may be accessed or copied by others. You are responsible for your business, its products, customer relationships, and any required notices, consents, terms, and privacy policies for your sites.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, exploitation of children, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, bypass security or usage limits, or expose someone else’s private information without permission. Do not use Interfold for activities where failure could cause death or serious physical harm.
We may investigate abuse and restrict or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Report abuse to support@interfold.dev with the relevant URL and details.
4. Agents and third-party services
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review output and actions before relying on them, especially before publishing, spending money, or making consequential decisions. Agents may modify files, run code, and use tools or connected services within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions and reviewing the resulting work.
The Services depend on external providers, and integrations you connect may have their own terms, privacy policies, charges, and availability limits. Interfold cannot guarantee their availability or the accuracy of AI output.
5. Plans, payment, and cancellation
Free and paid plans have the limits and prices disclosed on our pricing page and at checkout. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring subscription charges and any usage charges disclosed when you purchase or enable the feature, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until canceled.
You can manage your subscription through account billing settings or request help at support@interfold.dev. Unless stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; charges already incurred remain payable. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by us. We will communicate changes to paid prices before they apply to a future billing period. Unpaid charges may result in restricted access.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information unless you have verified that the Services and applicable agreements meet your requirements.
7. Service changes and ending use
We may change features and limits as the Services evolve. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of a service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion by email. Keep independent backups and export content you need before ending use; continued storage after termination is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Interfold is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Interfold for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Updates and contact
We will update the date above when these terms change and notify account holders of material changes through the Services or email before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security change requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
